With over two decades of experience as a personal trainer, Professor Mario Eduardo Garcia specializes in strength training, physical conditioning, and muscle rehabilitation.
He is an active member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
He holds several national and international academic degrees, including:
- Postgraduate degree in Strength Training and Physical Conditioning from Universidade Gama Filho;
- Master’s degree in Strength Training from the University of São Paulo – USP;
- PhD in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Central Florida – USA.
In addition, he has completed a variety of specialized training programs, such as Core 360 Functional Training, Mat Pilates, and TRX Training at TRX College.
